In the quiet city of Casper, Wyoming, the life of Brandon Machado, a 46-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter that left more questions than answers. On the evening of February 16, 2017, police responded to a 911 call from a residence in the northern part of the city.
