Death by Force

On February 12, 2025, at approximately 9:09 p.m., a 911 call reported a shooting in the 4000 block of East 8th Street in Casper, Wyoming. Officers arrived to find a Bi-racial male, age 16, with a gunshot wound inside the residence; he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Natrona County Coroner later identified the victim as Riley Jacob Sears, a Bi-racial male, age 16, of Casper.
