Death by Force

On August 9, 2014, Richard Abeyta, a 28-year-old Hispanic male from Casper, Wyoming, was fatally shot outside a residence in the city. The incident occurred following a heated confrontation between Abeyta and 68-year-old Charlie Mapp. According to reports, the dispute began after Mapp returned from purchasing alcohol with Abeyta's girlfriend.
