Just before dusk on March 8, 2025, two 911 calls drew officers to a south Casper home in the 800 block, where an argument among family members had turned violent.

Responding officers found Jeremiah Wayne Reyes, a 47-year-old White male, inside the residence with a gunshot wound; Jeremiah Wayne Reyes was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two days later, the Natrona County Coroner identified the deceased as Jeremiah Wayne Reyes, a 47-year-old White male from Casper.
