Murdered

On August 3, 2018, 29-year-old Wesley Willow Jr. was fatally shot in Casper, Wyoming. The incident occurred around 4:00 a.m. at a residence in the 1200 block of North Center Street. Upon arrival, officers found Willow deceased inside the home. The Natrona County Coroner later identified the victim as Wesley Willow Jr.
