On Sunday evening, May 11, 2025, 20-year-old Hispanic male, Anicio Kane Bernard of Casper, Wyoming, was fatally shot during a confrontation inside a second-floor unit at the Foxhill Apartments in the 1900 block of South Missouri Avenue.
