Do you know who murdered Michael Lucas? In the early morning hours of July 2, 2006, a shooting occurred in the 200 block of L Street, Southwest in Washington, D.C. that would ultimately claim the life of 16-year-old Michael Lucas, an African-American male. Another individual, Davon Holt, was also shot at approximately 4:30 a.m. and died at the scene.
