Do you know who murdered Raymond Rich? In the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 27, 2006, the life of 31-year-old Raymond A. Rich was cut short by an act of violence in Washington, D.C.. At approximately 12:54 a.m., Rich was shot and killed in the 1200 block of Crittenden Street, NW. The male victim, born on October 16, 1975, was just over two months past his 31st birthday.
The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and has since been handling the investigation through its Homicide Branch.
