Do you know who murdered Raymond Rich? In the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 27, 2006, the life of 31-year-old Raymond A. Rich was cut short by an act of violence in Washington, D.C.. At approximately 12:54 a.m., Rich was shot and killed in the 1200 block of Crittenden Street, NW. The male victim, born on October 16, 1975, was just over two months past his 31st birthday.
