In the early afternoon of a Sunday in Washington, D.C., the life of 24-year-old Dontae Bryant was tragically cut short. On February 16, 2025, at approximately 1:10 p.m., gunfire erupted inside a residential building located in the 4000 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast. The incident resulted in a triple shooting, leaving chaos and sorrow in its wake. One man was found conscious but wounded, while two others, including Bryant, were unresponsive, having sustained critical gunshot injuries.
