In the autumn of 2023, the life of 25-year-old Kwame Keith tragically ended. On the evening of Monday, October 30, 2023, officers from the Metropolitan Police Department were called to the 1800 block of Fairlawn Avenue in Southeast Washington, D.C., following a report of human remains being found. Upon their arrival around 7:37 p.m., they made a grim discovery: the body of an adult male located inside a trash can.
