On a cold Saturday afternoon, January 26, 2019, the sound of gunshots shattered the quiet of the 4100 block of Hayes Street, Northeast in Washington, D.C. When police arrived at approximately 3:36 p.m., they discovered the body of 59-year-old Kevin Jerome Harrison.
