Brandon Brown, a 22-year-old resident of Frederick, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 13, 2015. Brown, who worked as an ice cream truck driver, was fatally shot while selling treats to children in a Frederick neighborhood. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. when Brown stepped out of his truck and was approached by a man who shot him in the chest. Brown died at the scene.
