Kaimani Andre Dove, a 14-year-old male, was inside an apartment on Waverley Drive when the sound of a single gunshot shattered the morning calm. Officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 10:38 a.m.
and discovered the young teenager suffering from a gunshot wound.
Emergency medical services were rendered at the scene before Kaimani was swiftly transported to a local hospital.
