Paul Lentz, a 14-year-old boy from Frederick, Maryland, was found dead on June 18, 1975, after disappearing from his home in Rockville earlier that day. He had been stabbed to death, and his body was discovered in a drainage ditch near the intersection of Parks Mills Road and Maryland State Route 80, approximately 2.3 miles north of Urbana. The murder weapon, a hunting knife, was found near his body. He was reported missing for six days before his remains were finally located on June 24, 1975.
