Olan Carlos Mark, a 42-year-old resident of Frederick, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the night of January 24, 2020. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of West All Saints Street and South Bentz Street. According to reports, multiple gunshots were heard by residents in the area, prompting several calls to the police.
