Jaion Antonio Penamon, a 21-year-old from Frederick, Maryland, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2021. According to reports, Jaion was fatally shot after attempting to intervene in a dispute at a Burger King located on Routzahn’s Way in Frederick. The incident occurred when Darin Tyler Robey, 20, got into an altercation with a woman inside the restaurant. Jaion, witnessing the argument, stepped in to help, but Robey responded by shooting him multiple times.
