Death by Force

On December 22, 2009, Anthony L. Everson, a 30-year-old African American male from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot in the Avondale neighborhood of Birmingham. The incident occurred in the 4100 block of 4th Avenue South. Another victim, 60-year-old African American male Robert Earl Littlepage, was also killed in the same shooting.
