On November 27, 2015, the body of 42-year-old Boropa Williams was discovered behind the abandoned Larkway Gardens Apartments in Birmingham, Alabama. A bicyclist found Williams' body, which had a gunshot wound, prompting an immediate investigation by the Birmingham Police Department.
