Reuben Deandre Tompkins, a 29-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically killed on January 24, 2020. His death occurred after an altercation in the northern part of the city. Authorities reported that the fatal incident took place in the 800 block of 4th Avenue West, where Tompkins was shot multiple times.
