On March 12, 2021, 41-year-old Robert Henry Goodgame was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 3:05 p.m., the Birmingham Police Department received a call reporting an altercation at an apartment located at 962 53rd Street North. Upon arrival, officers discovered Goodgame lying on a sofa with an apparent gunshot wound; he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
