In the quiet town of Double Springs, Alabama, a grim discovery was made on October 2, 2013, shattering the community's sense of peace. Authorities found a car on a secluded dirt road, and inside were the bodies of four people, including 30-year-old Kevin Carey, a white male. The others were identified as 39-year-old Kristie Hunt Campbell Hamrick, her 30-year-old ex-husband Robert Samuel Hamrick, and her 38-year-old brother, Andy Hunt.
