Walter Cook, aged 42, was a resident of Birmingham, Alabama. On December 10, 2014, he was shot in the Powderly neighborhood of Birmingham. Despite medical intervention, Cook succumbed to his injuries on December 19, 2014, at Princeton Hospital.
