Terrius Hilliard, a 15-year-old boy from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically killed on September 6, 2017, in a shooting that sparked shock and outrage within the local community. Hilliard was found in the 700 block of 22nd Street North after reports of gunfire rang out in the area. When police arrived, they discovered Hilliard suffering from gunshot wounds.
