On December 14, 2021, 23-year-old Lorenzo Cole and his 22-year-old brother, Courtney Woods, were fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred around 3:00 p.m. at a Shell gas station in the 3800 block of East Lake Boulevard. Officers responding to reports of a shooting found Cole suffering from gunshot wounds; he was transported to UAB Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Woods was discovered unresponsive in a nearby grassy area and was pronounced dead at the scene. ...Read More
