Joseph Sandoval, a 44-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on February 20, 2022, in the parking lot of a Costco located on Dublin Street in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred just after 7 p.m. when officers arrived at the scene and found Sandoval suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS crews.
