Delana Marie Humphrey, a 34-year-old African American woman, was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. On October 6, 2018, she was fatally shot while sitting in front of a home in the Little Woods neighborhood of New Orleans East. Following the incident, Delana was transported to University Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
