On August 24, 2015, 25-year-old Gregorie Somerville was found deceased in the parking lot of Aspen Village Apartments in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A resident discovered his body early that morning and alerted authorities. Upon arrival, officers found Somerville lying partially outside the driver's seat of his girlfriend's car, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
