In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 15, 2008, the life of Barrington Lopez Scroggins, a 52-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. At approximately 1:45 am, police responded to the 3500 block of 18th Street, SE, where they found Scroggins suffering from gunshot wounds.
