On May 13, 2014, Elike Rahmon Richardson, aged 36, was tragically killed in Washington, DC. The incident occurred at approximately 9:10 PM in the 4400 block of C Street, SE. Richardson was stabbed, leading to his untimely death. The Metropolitan Police Department sought the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
