In the late hours of a spring evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 19-year-old Antwone Dwayne Tolson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On May 19, 2014, at approximately 11:29 p.m., the sound of gunshots echoed in the 2600 block of Bowen Road, Southeast.
