Death by Force

On May 19, 2014, at approximately 11:29 pm, Antwone Dwayne Tolson, a 19-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically shot and killed in the 2600 block of Bowen Road, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
