On a Saturday evening in Washington, D.C., events unfolded that tragically cut short the life of Harold Biddiex, a 35-year-old male from Greenbelt, Maryland. On May 29, 2021, at approximately 8:26 p.m., the sounds of gunfire pierced the night in the Congress Heights neighborhood. Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2700 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, a call that would lead them to a grim discovery.
