Death by Force

In the early morning hours of March 3, 2022, the life of 44-year-old Artavarn Wagner of Alexandria, Virginia, was tragically cut short. At approximately 6:03 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Gales Street, Northeast, after receiving reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Wagner in an alley, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of DC Fire and EMS, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
