In the midst of a vibrant Juneteenth celebration in Washington, D.C., the life of 15-year-old Chase Lorenzo Poole was tragically cut short. On the evening of June 19, 2022, hundreds of people had gathered for 'Moechella,' an unpermitted music festival near the bustling intersection of 14th and U Streets NW.
