A quiet Sunday night in Northeast Washington, D.C. turned tragic on April 27, 2025, ending in the death of 28-year-old Kevin Edwards. The fatal incident unfolded in the 4400 block of Foote Street, Northeast, where Edwards and a woman were shot.
