In the summer of 2021, a burst of gunfire on a Friday night in the nation's capital tragically cut short the life of 47-year-old Louis Musgrove Jr. of Upper Marlboro, Maryland. On the evening of July 23rd, at approximately 9:42 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the 2200 block of 4th Street, Northeast.
