Justin Poole, a 27-year-old from Pratt City, Alabama, was fatally shot on November 7, 2015, in what authorities initially described as a violent and senseless attack. The shooting took place in the evening hours when Poole was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in a residential area of Pratt City, a community located just north of downtown Birmingham.
