Keldrick Talley, a 27-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was fatally shot on January 7, 2016, in what authorities later classified as a homicide. The shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning in a residential neighborhood in Montgomery. Law enforcement officers responded to reports of gunfire and arrived at the scene to find Talley suffering from gunshot wounds.
