In the quiet suburb of Irondale, just outside of Birmingham, Alabama, a family was irrevocably changed by a moment of unimaginable tragedy. Nine-year-old Kimi Reylander, a gifted singer and artist, lost her life on a Saturday afternoon in February 2016. The young girl, full of promise, was accidentally shot by her three-year-old brother while they were at their great-grandparents' home.
