On March 6, 2016, 30-year-old Cortez Rhynes was found deceased near a vehicle on the 1700 block of 26th Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred just before 3:00 PM in the Acipco-Finley neighborhood, close to Eagle's Restaurant.
