On November 5, 2016, 46-year-old Eric Leon Rolin was fatally shot in the Booneville community, north of Atmore, Alabama. At approximately 1:53 a.m., the Escambia County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic disturbance call on Adabell Road. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Rolin deceased from a single gunshot wound.
