On a Saturday evening in Montgomery, Alabama, the life of 35-year-old James Charles Horn was tragically cut short. On November 12, 2016, Horn, a Black/African American male, was at his girlfriend's residence where about six other people were present when he was fatally shot. Remembered for his warm smile and welcoming nature, his sudden death left friends and family in shock and grief.
