On November 12, 2016, 35-year-old James Horn was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred at his girlfriend's residence, where approximately six individuals were present at the time. Following the shooting, Kenneth Harvey Sr., aged 48, was arrested and charged with one count of murder in connection with Horn's death. Harvey was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and subsequently handed over to the Montgomery Police Department.
