On September 4, 2022, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Montgomery Police officers responded to a shooting in the 800 block of Air Base Boulevard, near the intersection of Terminal Road. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Jarquerious Turner, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. A second male victim was found with non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
