On a Sunday morning in Dodge City, Kansas, the lives of several people were irrevocably changed by a string of violent events. At approximately 10:25 a.m. on August 9, 2015, police were dispatched to a shooting at a local hardware store. Upon their arrival, they discovered 55-year-old Jesus Ochoa-Morales in the parking lot with a gunshot wound.
