Roderick Bell, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on the night of November 16, 2016, in Montgomery, Alabama. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 4100 block of Fitzpatrick Boulevard shortly before 10 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Bell had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
