In the fading days of January 2017, a life was abruptly cut short in the Birmingham suburb of Tarrant, Alabama. Marcus Jermaine Felder, a 30-year-old male, was fatally shot on either January 30th or 31st. The circumstances surrounding his death suggest a tragic confrontation, as it is believed he may have been attempting to recover his own stolen vehicle at the time of the incident.
