On February 3, 2017, 52-year-old Peggy Phillips Broz was found dead outside her home in Lillian, Alabama. Broz, a dedicated respiratory therapist at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, had served the medical community for over 30 years. Her sudden and violent death sent shockwaves through the small, tight-knit community of Lillian.
