In the spring of 2017, the life of 86-year-old Peggie Stanley Marinos came to a tragic end in Atlanta, Georgia. On May 1st, she was found deceased in what authorities determined to be a murder-suicide. Her husband of 65 years, Andrew A. Marinos, was identified as the person who fatally shot her before taking his own life. As the perpetrator was also deceased, no arrests were made in connection with her death.
