On April 5, 2017, at approximately 5:00 a.m., Montgomery Police Department (MPD) officers and Fire Medics responded to a report of a shooting in the 1700 block of Carter Hill Road in Montgomery, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 27-year-old Leeandre Lockley suffering from a gunshot wound. Lockley was transported to a local hospital for treatment; however, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead on April 6, 2017.
