Tracy Cloud Jr., a 25-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was fatally shot on May 11, 2024. The shooting took place late in the evening in the area near the 1600 block of South Court Street, a neighborhood that has experienced a rise in violent crime in recent years.
