Travis Jackson, a 36-year-old African American man from Montgomery, Alabama, was fatally shot on the evening of April 11, 2025. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 8:49 p.m. in the 1500 block of Hale Street, where they discovered Jackson suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
